NTANDOKAZI TOURS - DISCLAIMER

ONWARD TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS:

If the arrangements are made for the same day the tour ends, Ntandokazi Tours cannot be held responsible for any delays resulting in failure to meet those arrangements.

CANCELLATIONS:

All cancellations must be in writing, via fax or mail, within 45 days prior to departure. All Tours and

Safaris have a 100% non refundable deposit. Within 45 days prior to departure, all cancellations received in writing will incur the following penalties:

45-31 days: 30 % of total booking price

30-16 days: 60 % of total booking price

15-08 days: 70 % of total booking price

7 days or less: 100% of total booking price

ALTERATION TO TOURS:

Ntandokazi Tours reserves the right to change the itinerary, accommodation or mode of transport should conditions necessitate such alteration. Transportation will be in private vehicle with air conditioning or an air-conditioned microbus according to the number of passengers booked on a tour.

FARES:

Fares advertised do not include transportation, entrance, conservation fee, daytime game drives, night drives listed, sightseeing, dinner, bed and breakfast unless otherwise stated. Clients visiting a private lodge will have game drives by open safari vehicle or bush walks. The following services are excluded - lunches, drinks from the bar, telephone calls, tips, laundry and other personal expenses unless stated otherwise.

SECURITY:

All our guides carry cellular telephones and keep in touch with the office on a daily basis and our vehicles are fitted with tracking devices.

SAFETY:

All our vehicles have operating licenses & public Liability. Drivers also have public driving permits.

RESPONSIBILITY:

Whilst Ntandokazi Tours, their employees, and/or agents will take every care against

such contingencies, they cannot be held responsible for, and shall be exempt from any liability for any delay, loss, damage, illness or injury to any person and/or his/her luggage or personal property or alleged inferior accommodation.

WILD ANIMALS:

Although attacks by wild animals are rare, guests are reminded that many of the animals and reptiles they will see are potentially dangerous. Ntandokazi Tours, their guides, contracted Tour Operators, selected private lodges and national parks cannot be held responsible for any injuries caused during an incident involving the behavior of wild animals.

INSURANCE:

Whilst we provide passenger liability, it is strongly recommended that passengers have adequate insurance against cancellation, loss of baggage, personal accident and medical expenses.

HEALTH:

We advise passengers to take precautions against malaria including insect repellent & protective clothing particularly during the rainy season from October to May. Please bring sunglasses, casual clothes, swimsuit, long trousers and jacket for night drives, comfortable shoes, torch and your camera.

PASSPORTS:

South African immigration authorities require 2 empty pages for their entry & exit stamps plus any visas to Southern Africa.
